Spirits Be Good…or Be Gone! I have studied energies of all types for over 25 years for healing purposes, however, several years ago, I realized that there are also energies (current and residual) residing within homes, businesses, and lands that can be harmful to our body, mind and spirit. These energies can be associated with the dead, with traumatic events, and with non-human energetic vortices. To offer investigative research into these phenomena, Shea Willis and I co-founded Spiritual Appraisals. With local cases, we learned to identify these spirits using both equipment and our own natural talents. In 2005, we joined forces with Shenandoah Valley Paranormal Society and for the next five years enjoyed working with founders and co-directors Marty Siebel and Lisa Rose. In the spring of 2010, after almost two years of additional study including formal training with Master Dowser Joey Korn, we have learned to balance negative energies of all types. Balancing these energies can reap beneficial results in the health and wellness of those living within negative environments—physically, mentally and spiritually.
We offer this service to clients locally onsite for $125.00 within a 25 mile radius. After 25 miles, we add a mileage charge of .50 per mile. If we need to travel, the client is responsible for booking and paying all travel expenses as well as a per day meal allowance. Our fee for this type of service is on a per day basis including travel days.
An alternative to traveling to locations for balancing and clearing energies is remote clearing. Through Joey Korn, we have learned to bring energies from afar into our location, analyze them, clear them and send them back home refreshed. The results have been nothing short of amazing! We will then check with the client by phone or email to see how things are going. Included in the balancing is a check-up in a month or two to make sure the balance is holding.
